Our support contracts are tailored for each school based on their purpose, requirements and staffing. We have particular experience with Primary schools, Primary Academy Groups and Special schools, all of whom have limited IT and AV experience amongst the regular school staff.

Every member of the Trusol education team has been enhanced DBS certified and has a wealth of educational ICT experience. Your pupils and staff are supported to the highest and safest levels. Trusol can support the complete range of technical and audio visual systems including fixed networks, Wi-Fi, PC, laptops, tablets and server
installations plus SIMS and FMS packages. Designed to be very flexible, our whole school ICT support offers core coverage plus a range of options to meet additional requirements such as holiday cover or network assessment. Every Trusol support customer benefits from an annual hardware review and written report. We offer unlimited helpdesk and remote telephone support during normal school hours plus a web based helpdesk system so that issues can be logged outside normal support hours and tracked to completion. Trusol can provide infratructure and consultancy, ensuring that the school network and systems are fit for purpose.

Helpdesk
Unlimited helpdesk remote and telephone support from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Web Helpdesk
Web based helpdesk system that is managed and updated by Trusol. This allows the school to log issues and track the progression through to resolution.
Strategic ICT Consultancy
Our Strategic Consultant will work with your school to produce a long term vision for your schools future IT requirements in the form of a 3 year ICT Strategy or Development Plan. You will also be kept aware of emerging technologies which may be of consideration to the future strategic plans for your school.

Primary Computing, Teaching and Learning support
Through our partnership arrangements, Trusol are able to offer Computing in the Classroom support to all our Primary school clients.
There is a core classroom curriculum ‘support package’ available but schools can add additional advisory teacher days at preferential rates. We have a very experienced team of advisory teachers, with both national and regional experience.

Onsite technician
Trusol Plus+ Support is offered to all supported schools as an additional package, offering increased daily support in a way which delivers best value.
Trusol Plus+ Support covers the general day to day issues which occur at your school such as printer jams, interactive whiteboard & projector problems, network connectivity issues or any other remedial issue which does not require the intervention of a Senior Support Technician.
TRUSOL PLUS+ team members can be engaged by your school for whole day support increments from just one extra day a week, up to five days a week
AV and Interactive Whiteboard Support options
Most schools have interactive teaching systems in every teaching room in the school, many of these products are well outside their warranty period.
When issues occur with the classroom projector, the interactive whiteboard itself, the audio system integrated with the solution or the cabling between the teachers PC and the classroom system, there is very often nobody to turn to for immediate help.
Supported Holiday Periods
Trusol is now able to offer a holiday support option for those schools who require additional IT support during school holiday periods. These additional scheduled visits will provide additional support at times when staff are still in school and require IT assistance or for schools that would like a visit before the school term starts again to ensure the school network is up and running with no issues.
This package is based on 6 half day visits per schooling year comprising one half day scheduled support visit for each of the 6 annual school holiday breaks.
